Irritation

This has happened with me few times. When I communicate with others, with gentleness and humbleness, showing them compassion, calling them as my brother’s and sisters, few of them said it’s irritating for them, they said my communication was irritating them, as they were unable to figure out how to reply to me.

Few people have forgotten how to communicate with gentleness and humbleness showing others compassion. 

They must understand that. Meditation is all about creating calmness within oneself. Calmness within oneself is possible only when one creates gentleness, humbleness and compassion within oneself. This is the first step towards healing.  Only after this stage is achieved, (this stage of healing within). The next stage is to create it outside with others, because human being is a social being, who can experience happiness as a collective vibration in group of people, this is the meaning of group meditation or mass meditation towards evolution of humankind. 

This can also be explained when people gather for festivals, celebrations or any other social gatherings. It’s more enriching experience to create joyfulness with people around us. 

The initial step is to create joyfulness in solitude. After that, comes the surrounding people. But some people experience irritation because they have completely forgot this concept. There parents or elders or friends never told them about this. Or probably they never understood even when they were told about this. They don’t think it’s necessary for their survival. But when the time comes for them to realize this fact, it might have been too late for them. Because the process of creating joyfulness is a slow process. Because of this reason few people opt for alcohol and tobacco or other drugs to get instant joyfulness. But they experience side-effects of loosening their health. Both physically, mentally and emotionally.  

Thus these few people must not get irritated, but instead learn and practice how to communicate with gentleness and humbleness showing others compassion. They must understand this phenomenon of healing. They must be grateful for others who show compassion to them.

Effect of mass meditation. Or group meditation. Called as maharishi effect.
